Is TravenUp completely free to advertise and use?


Yes, Travenup is completely free for the insertion of advertisements for the traveling public, whether regional, national or international. TravenUp is free for travelers to use. They can contact MyLoFriends directly at no cost, no fee, no monthly fees.




Who are MyLoFriends?


MyLoFriends are “Our Local Friends” around the world - people who know and like the same things as you and are willing to give you great tips on your trip.




Does TravenUp provide payment methods?


No, TravenUp does not provide any means of payment, does not request a credit card or bank account number. It also does not use PayPal or another digital means of bank transfer.




What are Experiences?


Experiences are moments when you exchange knowledge with MyLoFriend, something that stays in your memory, a learning experience, a new skill, something very special that you seek to add to your life.




How do I make my "Registration"?


To register, just click on the text “Login | Advertise Free ”in the upper right corner of your screen. On your smartphone, click on the menu of 3 horizontal bars at the top of your screen.




How do I carry out an evaluation of a service, experience or tour?


Just log in through a social network or by email that you are already able to perform an assessment. To login click on “Enter | Advertise for free ”or on your smartphone, click on the 3 horizontal bars menu.




I had problems with the “Login” page. What to do?


The browser that we really recommend is Google Chrome, it is the one that has given the least number of occurrences when it comes to Login. Using social networks like Facebook and Google to sign in is really the best option. The only data that we register in our database is your email and your personal identifier on the social network, your password is never passed on in these services. Keep calm! If you want to register with an email, a verification code will be emailed to you. Check your Spam box if this confirmation email has not stopped there. Although we use the best verification service available on the market, SendGrid, this email can arrive with a delay of 1 hour, depending on the email manager you use. Successful cases of sending email on SendGrid reach up to 78% of emails sent.

You must be over 18 years of age or comply with local laws in your country or region to meet TravenUp minimum requirements. Ads must be exclusively for the public who is traveling or commuting looking for experiences, tours and travel services. How to advertise?


After filling in all the data requested to create your account, you can advertise. Just click on the “Advertise for free” button in the upper right corner of the screen or on the 3 horizontal bars on your smartphone. Choose from Experiences, Tours and Travel Services. Good luck!




Can I edit an ad?


Yes, you can change a published ad. After your “Login”, click on your name at the top of the page or on the 3 horizontal bars if you are on a smartphone. Click on "My ads". Search for the desired ad and click on “Edit” and good luck!




Can I duplicate an ad?


Yes, you can duplicate a published ad. After your “Login”, click on your name at the top of the page or on the 3 horizontal bars if you are on a smartphone. Click on "My Ads". Search for the desired ad and click "Duplicate". Good luck!




Can I hide an ad?

Can I reactivate an expired ad?

Search for the desired ad and click "Unhide". The ad is reactivated without the expiration date, to place another activation date, “Edit” and enter a date. Good luck!

Basically, any service that can assist the traveler on his journey from the moment he thinks about traveling or sightseeing, until his return. The services must be related in some way to a trip, tour or experience. Services that have no reason to be on the platform, as they are not related to travelers, may not have their publication authorized by the curatorship team. If your ad is not running within 72 hours, you can contact us at support@travenup.com. We will be happy to help.
